The Birch Group was founded in the United Kingdom in 1992, fulfilling a need in the technology market for specialised channel marketing services and operations. With the establishment of its regional offices in North America and Asia in 2007, Birch Worldwide was launched.
Birch Worldwide is led by an executive and management team with previous Global Channel Management experience gained from roles at various levels, industries and global theatres. That experience is applied to every channel program roll out, ensuring that the solutions and services put in place are best fit for the client.
Our operations teams are multilingual in each of our regional offices, with written and spoken core languages supported by permanent staff. The teams are headed up by operational managers, all with over 5 years of channel partner program experience and our company culture ensures that we have a very low staff turnover.
Each solution is supported by dedicated, in house development teams with expertise in essential business software and infrastructure platforms. As a result, our technical environment has seamlessly integrated with many 3rd party client applications including SAP, Siebel, Oracle Applications and Salesforce.com.
